These terms and conditions govern your use of leafcrest.co.uk and the purchase of products from Leafcrest. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products & availability

Our products are compostable food packaging made from bagasse (sugarcane fibre). Products are sold in boxes of 250 units unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to display products accurately, but colours and finishes may vary slightly.

Orders & contract

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order, in which case we will refund any payment taken.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and exclude delivery unless stated. Delivery is charged at checkout. Payment is taken securely at the time of order through our payment provider.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Our products are food-contact safe when used as intended.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
